PRS-UEM300, 300 kN capacity Fully Automatic  Electromechanical Universal Testing Machine is multi purpose versatile machines which satisfy the requirement of R&D laboratories, university laboratories, institute laboratories and quality control laboratories for tensile, compression flexural tests under load or displacement control for a wide range of materials.


 PRS-UEM300 model Electromechanical Universal Testing Machine can be used for tensile test on any material i.e (metal, plastic, textile, wood) by using suitable accessories. This machine can also be used for general compression, flexural, test on steel, soil, concrete, cement, asphalt and similar materials, by using suitable accessories.
This Testing Machines consists of base containing the transmission components and holds two robust columns connected by upper cross head and digital graphics data acquisition and control system. The upper cross head can be adjusted to set the vertical test space for different tests.
User can adjust the vertical test space by also lower crosshead moved by an electromechanical system with a single recirculating ball screw, powered by an servomotor.
Advanced closed loop control system assures accurate load or displacement pace rate on sample.
The load is measured by a load cell that located on upper crosshead and displacement is measured by an encoder fit to the servo motor on both models.


The operator will have large flexibility during the test with advanced microprocessor control and material testing software installed on PC.
The machine is supplied complete with high precision load cell. Gripping systems, extensometers and accessories are not included and have to be ordered separately.

ParsRos  Servo Hydraulic Horizontal Tensile Testing Machines have a very strong frame which allows a nominal force up to 10MN.

The frame can have a length up to 40 m to perform test on real size specimens. Standardized Test
Standard tests can be performed with distance or force control. The electronic controller accurately sticks to the set parameters during the test (speed, maximum load, holding time, strain values, etc.).

The experimental procedure is completely automated, and a lot of test modules are available to comply with a wide range of standard tests.

Some test modules even allow to perform dynamic tests to determine the service life of the specimens.

MAIN BODY

The main body is mainly composed of oil cylinder seat, piston, front portable clamping, rear portable clamping heads, crosshead and load cell etc.

Oil cylinder is installed on the cylinder seat; cylinder seat, steel plate welding frame and rear portable clamping heads are combined for the stress frame.

The specimen is placed between these two clamping heads to conduct the test.

Single cylinder rod offers impetus to the front portable clamping head and applied to specimen.
The rear portable clamping head is connected to the frame via locking pins

By the adjustment of locking pin, the backing moving crosshead could be moved along the track to adjust the test space by every 500mm.

LOADING SENSORS

Parsros Horizontal Testing Machines has the feature of connecting more than one loadcell.
Load accuracy is class 0,5. Can be increased load capacity to special applications. System identifies every loadcell automatically and calibration values are kept its memory. System closes to be exposed overload.

SERVO TECHNOLOGY

ParsRos Rotary Bending Fatigue Testing Machines  are suitable to test the fatigue strength of metals or other materials. These machines test the bending fatigue limit of metals under the action of symmetrical, repeatedly alternating bending force.




Accordingly, the tension-compression fatigue limit and torsion fatigue limit can be determined by calculation according to experienced formula.
These systems are simple in structure, easy to operate, stable and reliable.

The machine design aims to implement load from two points on the rotating sample. The sample functions as a simple rod and the load is loaded symmetrically at two points. When rotated half a turn, the stress-es in the clamping jaws are initially reversed by placing the load on the sample. When the cycle is completed, stresses are generated in the opposite direction so that a complete bending stress cycle is generated during a full cycle.




Our Rotary Bending Fatigue Test Machines are used in educational and research institutes to carry out fatigue tests of materials under bending and rotation.

ROTATING BENDING FATIGUE TEST

Rotational moving parts and machine parts are subject to periodic fluctuating loads. Even if the dynamic load is well below the static load capacity, the cracks can be suddenly spread after reaching a critical size and the size of the loads causing damage can be less than the tensile strength and / or yield strength of the material. This load may cause the component to break after a long time due to material fatigue. The fatigue strength of the components is determined in fatigue strength tests or endurance tests. It shows the basic principles of fatigue strength testing and the creation of the Wöhler diagram (S-N curve). Clean regular and simple operation means that the experimental sequence can be seen in all details and stages. In the test, a cantilever mounted and rotating cylindrical sample is subjected to a single force.





The load on the sample corresponds to a cantilevered bend-ing beam. The sample is directly subjected to bending stress and the material is broken after a certain number of load cycles due to fatigue. In the load application system, the necessary force is generated by means of a ball screw and a moving support.

The load amplitude can be adjusted continuously by means of a screw shaft or precision servo systems. The non-contact encoder records the number of load cycles and displays them digitally. The impulse for the encoder is provided by the inductive proximity sensor on the motor coupling. The encoder can also be used to measure speed.

When the sample breaks, the stop switch automatically stops the electric motor. A protective sheath protects against flying parts.
